The U.S. Trustee's Office maintains all audio records of 341 meetings, and any request for a copy of the 341 digital recording must be made to their office. This form is provided as a courtesy to you; please direct any questions regarding your request to the U.S. Trustee's Office.
You may use this form to request a copy of the audio file from any 341 meeting. Upon submission of the form, an email will be generated to the Grand Rapids Office of the U.S. Trustee, which will send you a copy of the requested file. Audio files smaller than 6MB will be emailed; those over 6MB will be burned to a CD and mailed to the address provided. Please note that the Office of the U.S. Trustee does not provide written transcripts of these files.
