If you need to reschedule a 341 meeting, please use this form to request a new date, after consulting the Trustee's 341 Calendar. The preferred date for the rescheduled meeting must be within 30 days after the original meeting date and must be on a regularly scheduled 341 date for that location.
You should receive a response within three business days of submitting your request. To avoid any confusion, please do not call or email our office with duplicate requests.
Once the trustee has agreed to the rescheduled date, you must file a notice of the rescheduled meeting and serve that notice on the entire matrix. Please note that the trustee will receive a copy upon filing, so service on the trustee is not necessary.
